1. Cancellation policy

1.1 free Cancellation: up to 30 + days before

The tenant may cancel the booking without penalty, by notifying us in writing in advance of more than 30 days with respect to the start date of the rental.

In this case, we will refund in full any amount paid.

1.2 Cancellation beyond the term free

  • Between 30 and 15 days return 50 %

  • Between 14 days and 7 days: return 25 %

  • Less than 7 days: no refund

  • For serious illness or other cause: possible bonus for another date
