1. Mileage included

Daily mileage included:

  • 50€ unlimited kms.
  • The first 600 km are included. Excess mileage will be charged at 0.25€/km from the 600km.

2. Fuel policy

The vehicle is delivered with a full tank and must be returned full.

In case of not doing it:

  • 50 € for service of refuelling

    • fuel cost slope according to ticket the day

3. Policy of cleaning

The vehicle shall be returned in the same conditions of operation, cleaning and conservation in which it was delivered, except for the normal wear and tear, resulting from a proper use.

In particular, the tenant is obliged to:

  • Return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel.
    Otherwise, you will be charged a charge of €50 in respect of service charge, plus the cost of the fuel shortage, according to the ticket of the day.

  • Completely empty grey water tanks and TOILET (black water).
    Non-compliance will result in a a penalty of €200.

  • Return the vehicle clean inside and outside, including:

    • Refrigerator empty and clean.

    • Kitchen, utensils and TOILET clean.

    • Cabinets and drawers without food scraps.

    • Bed linen and textiles collected.

    • Body without mud or excessive dirt.

    • Sweep core.

    • Without waste or garbage.

    • Full tank of fuel.
    • Reservoir, grey water vacuum.

If the vehicle is not returned in adequate conditions of cleaning, apply a minimum rate of cleaning of 200 €.

Charges for special cleaning:

  • Interior cleaning excessive: 50 €

  • Cleaning by strong odors (smoking, pets, smoke, etc.): 90 €

  • Deep cleaning for return in wrong state: 120 €

  • Empty grey water and TOILET (black water): 200 €

4. Pickups and returns

Collection times

  • Of Monday to Friday standard time 9:00 to 18:00 afternoon by appointment agreed with the company, from six in the evening, subject to availability with a supplement of 40€, with prior appointment.
  • Collection Saturday and Sunday only the morning of 9:00 to 12:30 under appointment.

Schedules of return

  • Opening hours 9:00 to 18:00 pm from Monday to Sunday by appointment agreed with the company.
  • The late return out of the schedule agreed with the company will be a charge of 50€ if you are delayed between 1 and 2 hours, plus 2 hours will be charged a full day.

Important information

All pick-ups and returns are made by appointment, by agreeing in advance with the company at a particular time within the time slot corresponding. Collection of the campers are made preferably in the morning to be able to devote the time necessary to a delivery peaceful and comprehensive: detailed Explanation of the vehicle, revision joint in and out with all clear to enjoy the journey from the first moment.
The pickups and returns outside the standard schedule are available under operational availability.
The hours final will be confirmed in advance with the client.

It is imperative to return the vehicle with:

  • Empty tanks (gray and WC if applicable)

  • Full tank of fuel

  • Vehicle in proper conditions

5. Restrictions of driving

  • Minimum age: 25 years

  • Minimum seniority of the carnet B: 2 years

  • Prohibited to drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  • Do not allow circular tracks, not paved, beaches, dunes, forest roads or any area that put at risk the vehicle

Prohibited use:

  • Competitions

  • Transportation of goods

  • Moving

  • Massive events without authorization

  • Towing, or use of the camper as vehicle towing

6. Prohibitions within the vehicle

  • Forbidden smoking

  • Forbidden to cook with fire or flame (only built-in kitchens approved)

  • Prohibited use candles, braziers, or similar

  • Forbidden to transport hazardous substances, or illegal

7. Use of the vehicle and general rules

  • Maximum occupants according squares approved:

    • NEO: travel 2/3 – sleeps 3

    • NEO S: travel 2 – sleeps 3.
    • NEO Space: travel 2 – sleeps 4.

    • NEO Automatically: the 4 squares

  • Forbidden to sleep or camping outside approved areas

  • Mandatory check-in and check-out, indicating:

    • State interior and exterior

    • Fuel level

    • Deposits

    • Wheels

  • Any damage must be notified immediately of

8. Travel in Europe

On the Wings of Route is allowed to travel outside of Spain in Europe, provided that the country of destination is included in the Green Card (CIS) security, and the journey has been reported previously.

Our campers come with insurance circulation with european coverage, in accordance with international agreements of insurance that regulate the cross-border traffic.

Green card / International Certificate of Insurance (CIS)

The Green Card (CIS) is the document that certifies that the vehicle is insured when
circulated outside of Spain.

In some european countries may be required to take it.

Before starting the trip, the driver must:

  • Verify that the destination country is contained in the Green Card.
  • Bring all the documentation of the vehicle in force.

What does the insurance cover outside of Spain?

  • Civil liability compulsory: cover in the countries included in the Green Card.
  • Additional coverages (damage, theft, moons, etc) can vary according to the country.
    We encourage you to review the terms prior to travel.
  • Roadside assistance: included in Europe, with different conditions depending on the country.

Medical assistance

The insurance of the vehicle does not replace a personal health insurance.
Strongly recommend you to purchase additional travel insurance for a complete healthcare coverage.
Countries are not allowed
For internal political Wings of Route, it is not permitted to travel to Morocco or to countries outside of the
European union, although they may be included in international conventions insurance.
International travel is limited to european countries included in the Green Card and authorized
by Wings of Route.

9. Bond

The renter chooses to expressly one of the following options:

Option 1. Protection standard

Amount of the deposit: 900€

Additional cost: 0€

Option 2. Protection comfort

Amount of the security deposit: 600€

Additional cost: 20€/day

Wings of Route Campers, SL assumes up to a maximum of€ 300 of the franchise.

Option 3. Premium protection

Amount of the damage deposit: 300€

Additional cost: 35€/day

Wings of Route Campers, SL assumes up to a maximum of€ 600 of the franchise.

10. Pets

On the Wings of Route pets are allowed upon prior request. Experience Pet Friendly has an additional cost of 50€ per booking and includes specialized cleaning and preparation specific to the vehicle.

11. Discount coupons

Coupons or discount codes offered by Wings of Route are only valid for use on bookings made through the official website.

Except where expressly stated otherwise, the discount coupons will apply only on the amount of the rent for the camper.

The discount will not be applicable to the following concepts:

  • Extra or additional services selected during the booking process.
  • Protection options, franchise or additional insurance.
  • Rates, management fees or other fees associated with the reservation.
  • Bonds or security deposits.

Each coupon may be subject to specific conditions of use, such as the dates of validity, minimum amount of reservation or limitation of certain models of camper or seasons.

Wings of Route reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel promotions or discount coupons at any time, as well as void your application in the event of misuse or fraudulent.

Coupons are not cumulative to each other, unless expressly indicated otherwise.
